Strong Candidates Should Have: 

• Degree in Music Education/Music Performance preferred or extensive professional experience 
• Experience teaching private music lessons to children and adults preferred 
• Reliability, punctuality
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Interpersonal Skills - Must be able to connect with people of all ages and skill levels
• Must be able to demonstrate teaching ability and instrument skill level during an interview
• Must give a minimum of a 1-year commitment to teaching with us
