Studio Policy
Please direct all business-related questions to the office. Out of respect for everyone’s time, we kindly ask that parents do not interrupt in-session classes for any reason. All students should arrive to class on time. Teachers reserve the right to dismiss any excessively disruptive students from class. The school reserves the right to provide a substitute teacher if the regularly scheduled teacher is ill or otherwise unable to teach classes. No refunds or prorated tuition are given for missed classes. If a teacher is ill and the school cannot arrange a substitute, the missed class will be made-up. Classes with less than the designated minimum required for each class may be canceled, combined, or rescheduled at the discretion of the Leopold School of Music.
It is the responsibility of the parent or adult student to be aware of all school activities, such as recitals, extra classes and dates the school is open or closed. The school will post all such notices on the website as well as via email. The school is not responsible for providing before or after class care for the students and we ask that parents be prompt when picking up their children. Please do not leave any children unattended outside the studio. Safety for your child is of our utmost concern. All students must be escorted to and from the building. If a health condition exists which will prevent full participation, please notify us in writing as soon as possible, this includes allergies. Please notify us in advance if your child will be allowed to leave the studio with anyone other than a parent/guardian.
